2020 was a challenging year for just about everyone on Earth. With a Global Pandemic in full swing by the Spring, millions of people were out of work, retail and food outlets were boarded up in every city and town, hospitals were operating at capacity, and most people were sheltering (if their jobs permitted) in the comfort of their home, which later tended to feel like a cage. During this time, EiBO Gear chose to place it’s operations on hold. This decision was difficult after months of design work, digital printing and pressing, and a fresh line of apparel ready to launch. However, as the 2021 year begins like the dawn, there’s a warm sensation being brought with it, and that is the feeling of normalcy. Only time will tell whether this is true or not, but EiBO will begin operations soon in 2021 and work to get back on track; back to designing and developing apparel and gear responsibly- with people and planet being placed over profit… always.
